FAQs

01. How do I place an order?

You may place your order online by adding your selected products to the shopping cart. Online orders shall be directly transmitted to us and we will process them once the orders are completed online.

02. Can I place a pre-order for an item that is currently out of stock?

Yes, certainly. We replenish our stocks regularly, but as they run out quickly, we allow for pre-orders of stocks that are currently unavailable. Such stocks will be labelled "Pre-order" and the estimated date of arrival will be indicated. You may still place your order by adding your selected products to the shopping cart, and you will receive the items as soon as they are back in stock. In the meantime, you will still receive the other available products that you have ordered (if any) within our normal delivery schedule. There will be no extra delivery charges when the pre-order items are subsequently delivered to you when they arrive.  

03. How do I make payment online? 

Payment for all online orders is by Paypal and all major credit & debit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to complete the order and pay using your credit cards.

04. What are the delivery charges? 

At this moment, we only deliver to Singapore addresses (except PO Box addresses) via local courier (which requires a signature upon delivery).  

Delivery charges (a flat SGD 5) shall be automatically generated after you have keyed in your Paypal/Customer details and before the order is completed.  

For orders SGD 50 and above (after any discount codes are applied), delivery charges will be automatically waived.   

You will receive your purchase within an estimated 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends) from the date of receipt of your payment online. 

05. After purchase, can I return the product(s) or get a refund?

It is important that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item(s) and we will do our best to resolve the matter either by replacing the product or issuing you a full refund (case by case basis). For all exchanges and refunds, the item(s) should be in its original packaging/box and unused and you will be responsible for any courier charges to return the item(s). To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Beyond 5 days from the receipt of the items (as indicated from the delivery information), we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase and no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
