There are plenty of ways to earn points, you can see them under the Earn tab of your profile widget.

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE AND REDEEM REWARDS?

Log in from our website by clicking on our Rewards Program tab in the bottom right-hand corner of our homepage. Use your points to claim the rewards that you want, or save them up to unlock higher value rewards. 

HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS?

Just copy and paste your unique coupon code into the discount bar at the checkout and click APPLY (only one coupon code per order). 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - HERB FARM SG REWARDS PROGRAM

1. Anyone who visits The Herb Farm SG website and signs up online can join The Herb Farm SG Rewards program.
2. Points can only be earned through purchases online on www.herbfarm.com.sg. 
3. You must accumulate 500 points before they can be redeemed.
4. The Herb Farm SG rewards cannot be used by another customer.
5. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with some store offers or promotions.
6. The Herb Farm SG reserves the right to modify or cancel The Herb Farm SG Rewards Program at any time.
7. To be a member, you must be subscribed to our member database in order to receive information and be contactable. If you unsubscribe then your member account will no longer be valid.
8. Coupons can only be redeemed once.
9. If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
